Pickle Derby is a fast, chaotic county-fair card game where players draft ingredients, build jars, and try to impress wildly biased judges.
Turn a simple recipe challenge into a table full of tiny betrayals, lucky guesses, and ribbon-worthy disasters. The tents are up. The jars are labeled. The judges are ready, and none of them agree about what makes a pickle great.

Meet the Judges
Judges are supposed to be unbiased. That doesn't always happen. Every round ends in front of a new panel. Some judges reward a faithful recipe. Some chase texture. Some walk in with opinions about one specific vegetable and make it everyone else's problem.

Your odd little hand becomes either destiny or a dare. The recipe tells the table what counts as right; the judges decide whether right is enough.

For one shining moment, everyone has to admit your strange little pickle was right. The Blue Ribbon is proof. The Red Ribbon is the sting of almost.
When judges deadlock
Pickle Brawl!
If the judges cannot decide on a winner, naturally a fight breaks out. One more judge steps in, and the tied jars go back under the microscope.
